DELLA FERNANDES
Counselor, M.A., M.F.T. Intern

In her years of work experience and learning, as a Marriage and Family Therapy Intern, Della has had the opportunity to work with children, teenagers, couples, families and individuals on challenges they face in their journey through life. Some of the issues she has worked with are: Couples communications, adolescent issues, parenting struggles, grief & loss and relationship issues. Her clients range from ages 5 to 65. Her work with the client centers on the belief that the solutions to many of a person's challenges lies within them. Her first goal in therapy is to create an environment of safety and trust. Once this has been established, her work with clients includes support and a combination of various methods of psychotherapy that aim to assist them in recognizing their strengths and capabilities and use these to overcome their current challenges.

JEANINE KELSEY
Counseling Supervisor, M.A. MFT

In private practice for over 20 years, Jeanine has supported couples, families, and individuals in resolving a variety of interpersonal and personal problems. She finds her work both challenging and rewarding as her clients find satisfaction, meaning and fulfillment within themselves and in their relationships. In addition to her practice she has conducted workshops locally and at professional conferences, and consulted nationally and internationally as part of a team working with the dynamics of individual and organizational values to improve quality of life and service and productivity for both. Since 1995 she has supervised counseling interns as they move from academic studies into seeing clients and preparing for state licensure. As the mother of 2 grown sons she brings the personal experience and “education” about the complexities of parenting. Her personal interests include travel, hiking and enjoying the wonders of nature.
